Vanilla Chai. Creamy Madagascar vanilla notes with Malabar Coast spices. A lively ginger finish is accentuated by candy cardamom.
- Ingredients: Black tea, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black+White pepper, Clove, Nutmeg, Calendula petals, Natural flavors (organic compliant).

Masala Chai. Black tea enhances South Indian masala spices. The finish has notes of cardamom and ginger. Superb with milk and sugar.
- Ingredients: Black tea, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black + White pepper, Clove, Nutmeg.

Indian Spiced Chai. Superb body with mellow Indian spice notes. Coppery bright and very enticing with milk.
- Ingredients: Black tea, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Coriander, Sweet Fennel, Lemongrass leaves, and Natural flavors (organic compliant)

Cinnamon Bun Rooibos Chai. Lovely mild hot finish. Star anise character adds depth and mystery. Milk and sugar recommended.
- Ingredients: Rooibos, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Black + White pepper, Clove, Nutmeg, Star Anise.
The box also includes 20 unbleached and biodegradable tea bags, and custom Silver Fern Stickers!
1 heaping tsp per 8oz of hot water.
Longer steeping times do not add flavor, only bitterness. For a stronger brew, add more tea.
Herbal Tea: 5-15min, boiling water
Black & Oolong Tea: 3-5min, very hot water
Green & White Tea: 2-3min, steaming water
We source the majority of our of tea and herbs from The Metropolitan Tea Company, as well as some local farms.
